Designer Laser Vaginoplasty®

Designer Laser Vaginoplasty® encompasses a series of cosmetic procedures that can address a variety of vulvar concerns. Dr. Matlock has pioneered this category to include treatments that are based on his experience with patient needs in the past. Whether these requests arose out of age-related issues, pregnancy, or general structural dissatisfaction, Dr. Matlock can tailor the DLV® to suit each patient’s needs. Treatments in the DLV® category include variations of laser reduction labiaplasties, liposculpting, lifting, and more.

Labia Majora Augmentation via Fat Transfer

Labia majora augmentation via autologous fat transfer (AFT) is an outpatient treatment during which the patient’s own fat can be transferred into the labia majora. Dr. Matlock will first perform liposuction on an area of the body that contains excess fat deposits. After processing and preparing this fat, Dr. Matlock will reinject it to areas of the labia majora that could benefit from volumization. AFT is great for women who have noticed volume loss in the labia majora over time, or for women with naturally thin or wrinkly labia majora. Using AFT can rejuvenate the vaginal appearance in a way that looks and feels natural. ⁽²⁾

Labia Majora via Extension of the Perineoplasty

Dr. Matlock often performs the labia majora via extension of the perineoplasty procedure with a laser reduction labiaplasty (LRL).
