Conveniently located to serve the areas of Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, CA

A breast lift is a surgical procedure that can help patients achieve a more lifted and proportionate appearance. If you are unhappy with the shape or position of your breasts, a breast lift may be right for you.

This procedure involves removing excess skin and tissue from the breasts and repositioning the nipples and areolas. Breast lifts can be performed on women of all ages, but they are most commonly performed on women who have experienced significant changes in their breasts due to pregnancy, breastfeeding, or weight loss.

Breast lift explained

A Breast Lift, also known as a mastopexy, is a surgical procedure that can help improve the shape and position of your breasts. It is typically performed on women who have experienced significant changes in their breasts due to pregnancy, breastfeeding, or weight loss.

Our goal in performing a Breast Lift is to create a natural looking breast with smooth contours and a more youthful shape. This is accomplished by reshaping the breast gland and removing the excess skin. We strive to achieve this with the minimum of scars.

If a patient would like to increase the volume of their breast, a breast implant can be used to augment the breast. This procedure is known as a Breast Lift and Augmentation.

Technique

Our goal in performing a mastopexy, or “breast lift,” is to create a natural looking breast with smooth contours and a more youthful shape. This is accomplished by reshaping the breast gland and removing the excess skin. We strive to achieve this with the minimum of scars.

If greater breast volume is desired, a breast implant can be used at the same time to augment the breast. This is discussed under the “Breast Lift and Augmentation” section.
